Manual therapy focuses on joints, muscles and nerve structures that feel painful, stiff or restricted. We do not only examine where you feel the complaint, but also which movements and body regions are linked to it. The treatment is never a goal in itself: it creates room to move actively and with confidence again.
Who it's for
- Neck, back or joint complaints
- Muscle and tendon complaints
- Restricted movement after an injury or a period of inactivity
- Athletes who want to move freely and with control again
- Coaching before and after surgery, with attention to mobility and functional recovery
- Complaints and restricted movement around the spine
How we work
- Intake and assessment of the whole body
- Targeted manual techniques matched to your complaint and your response
- Manual therapy is combined with individual exercise therapy, so the range of movement you gain is used and kept actively
- We build toward a lasting result you can maintain in the long term
- Regular review and adjustment of your programme
What to expect
A personal combination of treatment, exercise and coaching. We do not only aim for temporary relief, but for a result you can use in daily life and in sport.
