Performance coaching is individual guidance for athletes who want to develop their physical capacities with a clear purpose. We do not start from a standard programme, but from your sport, position, calendar, training load and performance goal. Where testing adds value, objective measurements are the starting point, and we check along the way what is actually improving.
Who it's for
- Recreational and competitive athletes with a clear performance goal
- Athletes who want to develop strength, speed, power, agility or endurance
- Athletes who want their physical preparation to match training and competition
- Athletes who want to build toward performance after rehabilitation
How we work
- Goal conversation and analysis of what your sport demands
- Performance screening or another baseline test when it adds useful information
- A personal plan around your calendar, available time and load tolerance
- Individual coaching with direct feedback on technique and execution
- Test, train, retest and adjust based on progress and response
What to expect
A clear programme with measurable checkpoints. We combine coaching, training quality and relevant data to choose the next step, without reading numbers apart from your sport.
Practical
Duration
Sessions are usually 60 or 90 minutes. During the intake we decide together which duration and frequency fit the programme. As part of the trajectory you get access to the gym, so you can train between coached sessions. You set the regular training times with your coach.
