Movenda handles your data with care. This page explains which data we collect through this website, why, and what your choices are. It covers the website only; your patient or client file is governed by the arrangements you make with your therapist or trainer.
1. Who is responsible?
Movenda has two locations, each with its own company. Both are controller for the data you send to their location through this site.

2. What we collect, and why
Contact form — name, email, phone number, chosen location and your message. We use this only to answer your question or book an appointment. Basis: performance of a contract / our legitimate interest in replying. We keep these messages for 12 months at most, unless they become part of your file.
Newsletter and pop-up sign-ups — your email address (and possibly your name). Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email. Emails are sent via Resend (EU/US, with appropriate safeguards).
Website statistics — anonymous information about how the site is used (pages visited, device, source). See cookies.
We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties, except the providers below who help us run the site.
3. Cookies
This site uses no cookies until you make a choice. Exceptions: the map on the contact page (only after you click) and the Instagram feed on the homepage (loads when you scroll to that block). You can change your cookie choice at any time via at the bottom of every page.

- Render (hosting of the website and the contact form)

- Elfsight (Instagram feed on the homepage)
- Elfsight (Google Reviews block on the homepage)
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to the processing or withdraw your consent. Email info@movenda.be for that. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
6. Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top.
