Running analysis with OnTracx

Measure the load behind every step.

OnTracx measures and visualises the biomechanical load your body handles while running. A light sensor records load step by step in realistic running conditions. The technology makes progress visible. The coach or physiotherapist places the data in the context of your running experience, injury history, pain, volume and goal.

Who it's for

  • Runners returning responsibly after injury or a break
  • Athletes with recurring running complaints or uncertainty about load
  • New runners who want to build volume gradually
  • Experienced runners who want a more objective view of load and progress

How we work

  • Intake on running experience, complaints, training load and goal
  • An estimate of load tolerance from the relevant context
  • A run measured with the OnTracx sensor in a realistic setting
  • Analysis of impact load and how it changes during the run
  • Personal advice for build-up or return to run, with follow-up when needed

What to expect

Insight into the load your body handles while running, with concrete guidance on volume, intensity and progression. OnTracx supports decisions. It does not diagnose, and it does not by itself predict whether an injury will occur.
