ForceDecks are dual force plates that objectively measure how much force you produce and how you distribute it. Depending on the question we use tests for jump performance, isometric strength, balance, squats, landing and functional movements. We only choose measurements that matter for your sport, rehabilitation phase or training goal.
Who it's for
- Athletes who want an objective baseline before a training block
- Athletes tracking strength, jump capacity, balance or left-right differences
- Athletes in rehabilitation evaluating criteria for a next phase
- Coaches and athletes who want test results turned into training priorities
How we work
- Goal and sport analysis to choose a relevant test battery
- Standardised measurements on the ForceDecks plates
- Analysis of force, power, balance and asymmetry where relevant
- Comparison with earlier tests or suitable reference values when available
- Translation into priorities for training, rehabilitation and retesting
What to expect
An understandable profile of the measured capacities, with clear points of attention and a measurable starting point. Asymmetry or one unusual score is not automatically a problem. The specialist reads every result inside the full sport and symptom story.
Practical
Duration
The screening takes about 90 minutes, including the intake.
